Can't believe he has turned down so many Div. 1 college coaching opportunities. LOL, the guy isn't anything special, just knows how to get out of his varsity girl's way and lets them win, less is more attitude. Gifted with a great youth program/and dedicated parents who pay all kinds of money for travel and training. He used to downplay travel and say it was unnecessary before he got into bed with the Smith's, because his ego hated hearing that he never developed any of the talent that played for him (but it was and still is the truth). His parents do all the leg work for him by the time the get to WI HS he has more talent than he knows what to do with, many girls typically plateau or skills decline under his tutelage, because he lacks the ability to manage and effectively train so much talent. Typical for many strong programs, just look at the youth program in a town and you can predict the success of the HS. You want to show you're a talented coach, take over Brentwood or Central Islip and win even half you games, a person who could do that is ten times the coach of a county or state championship coach at West Islip, Mt. Sinai, Northport, Ward Melville, BBP, etc.
His overall success will start to decline now that he is in bed with Top Guns, and YJ will be discouraged.
