If the Club program or the tournament gets their insurance through US Lacrosse (most of them do) they are going to have no alternative then to adopt this rule. USL can only mandate the rules in tournaments they sponsor. For the most part, no one goes to their tournaments anymore so they are totally powerless to enforce this.
