You are absolutely spot on. MD United is a powerhouse. I forget which team falls in the elite category, East or West? I know that at one point they flip-flopped roles, where the traditional A team became the B team and vice-versa, but I'm not sure if they have reverted back or not. West had a superior showing at LFTC, so they must be top dog.
