CR won't do a thing for your kid, unless you are on the A team. If you get delegated to play B or C team, do yourself a favor and look to other clubs. CR only cares about the revenue from B and C players, not the team. We jumped to a new club last year, and my daughter has had a much better experience.
Glad it worked out for you but on the flip side it looked like there were quiete a few returning players at tryouts . The grass isnt always greenier but there are many options. Would also say that most programs treat their B, C teams the same way and it's All about the revenue no matter where you go.
