I don't think he is saying C2 and Style are better than Maryland United, but rather they are willing to play in a tougher division at the expense of winning record.
But also said they will see where they stand in playoffs..They could get a better sense playing all the better teams instead of whoever manages to win the division.
But they get to say they won their division and made the playoffs.
