Maybe the kid plays hockey and is looking for another way to train. If you don't have an answer to a legitimate question you should STFU and don't post.
The two positions are different, that said, I don't know why anyone would care what others want to do. As for equiptment, might look into hockey monkey on line for equiptment. The equiptment for this position is very expensive.
