I completely disagree with holdbacks, but the constant complaining - which affects change not one bit - is ridiculous.
How will it ever change if no one complains? For change to happen it will take an effort from parents against the clubs. Clubs already have too much power. There needs to be a broad consensus among parents for anyone to act. Airing those beliefs here is one small step in building that consensus.
If you want change lobby the insurance company (Bollinger) who cover all the kids through the US Lax membership. Ultimately, lawyers will bring resolution on this issue.
