At this age, the practice won't make that much of a difference. The talented kids will get put there and excell regardless of practice. That's what they do at the showcases. They findicated a way to win. Practice overrated.

Actually, I am. Seen it time and time again. Kids who are skilled and smart players (Some getting there due to their own hard work, with perhaps a parent or sibling) gets asked to play on a pick up team, along with other similar players, and they beat good, established teams that practice together frequently. If A kid is good, he/she will be good no matter what team you put them on, in general of course! It goes the other way too!
