Let’s give Coach Haus a break keep in mind he is still coaching some of Coach U’s former players…let’s have this same conversation in 3 years
3 Years !!! If you cant do anything this year and next with that talent, time for you to go. Coach, how about taking the talent you have and do something with it , not make excuses.
3 years is too long and also not long enough. The program's biggest shortfalls - culture and coaching - can be turned around really quickly from the top - if they want to. No real recruiting was done for the Loyola 2027s and minimal/targeted for 2028, thanks to coaching turnover. Haus' impact (great or none) will be shown in the 2029 and 2030 recruiting classes. No need to wait any longer.
But because of Coach U's under-recruited and under-coached 2025s-2027s, I am not sure how quickly Haus can turn around the scoreboard impacts. Maybe by late season 2026. "Results" will take 3+ years.
