McD does not have as much alumni support as the other private schools in the Baltimore area. That’s why they needed to switch to a coed school and take on boarders. While McD is a woke school like many others, their academics are second to Gilman. BL is for people who cant get into Gilman . CH will take anyone and it shows, academics are a second thought to most. Loyola is for the quarter zips who hold their nose to CH , academics are ok. St Pauls is easy to get into and is ok with academics. The rest, do we even need to talk about .

McD and Gilman have the two largest endowments in MIAA , but alumni are losing it with McD due to their race to wokeness

Their academics are not even close to Gilman-cut it out... MCD is sports academy with school buildings & dorms in the shadows next door. The "campus" has no culture. The McD parents are desperately trying to help Bud Light sales going forward.

What the writer of the post said is generally well known by Baltimoreans. I don't think you need a current child in school to know what goes on
