First, as long as schools like BL, McD, CH make it an arms race and bring in kids, house kids, etc, there is nothing special about the formula. Anyone that wants to stretch the rules or throw money at it can win in the league. Nostalgia has no value.
Second, bad mouthing kids anonymously on the internet is classless garbage, that is an objective fact. Coaches or dads, Ok, it’s the Internet. Going after kids should be beneath anyone that pretends to represent the secret society of rich catholic schools or whatever pretentious babble you are throwing out.

Nostalgia is part of the brand and is one of the reasons top A Conference games often outdraw local collegiate games. You're naive to believe throwing money and stretching practice rules are all that's required to win the title. Regarding your second point, commenting on which team's offensive or defensive unit is better is not babble or an attack on specific kids. Coaching and chemistry are as much a part of the equation as the kids on the unit you're discussing. Yes, there are a couple of "yahoos" who post notIntelligent comments about specific kids or the re-classification topic but what we don't need is a bunch of Karens getting their panties in a bunch over their son's team or unit being critically analyzed. If your kid is lucky/good enough to go D1 or top flight D2 or 3, fans and former players will dissect every game and post comments.
