Nope, the knock on McD is that the coaches cant get the talent out of them. They do so little with the talent that is there, or do what is going on this season. Heard some rumblings from alumni who arent happy.

Ok, geezer: you must be from SP, whose last winning streaks happened when they played with wooden sticks. McD has been good since Jake Reed built the program up and that's almost 30 years ago. They've made the playoffs for over 10 consecutive seasons (not counting Covid no play years) but are now in danger of not making the playoffs with a relatively talented albeit not deep team. When you have a standard of excellence and you underperform (see Syracuse and Hopkins in lacrosse and Texas and FSU in football) the natives get restless. That's the A Conference and the oldtimers/insiders wouldn't want it any other way.
