Everyone will have a spring season. It is just starting later. MIAA will start in early March. Some schools will play only in conference (DC). PA TBD and NJ later in March. NY-Long Island is TBD. Vaccinations will be done by April. McDonogh, Calvert H, BL, and Loyola will be final four. People will still detest Spalding and they will stink again vs the best in the MIAA. All will be as normal as normal can be.
Only a sociopath would 'detest' kids and families based on the school they attend. Even people that go there aren't as obsessed about it as you.
Hopefully the kids get to play some games this spring, They have fun playing with and against each other and aren't hung up on schools like this clown.
