Rebels may surprise people. they are loaded with athletes. Tru Blu got some Hitmen kids but they arent organzied and may be the punching bag of that age bracket. I heard Rupoop is pretty good but havent seen them play. Igloo is in a death spiral. we pounded them last year and apparently they are even worse this year, Havent heard anything about Force. 91...say what you want but they didnt have much turnover so they will still be the 2nd best team. exprees still the class of the division.
