Easy way to handle the Dukes is very simple. If the club reams all stand together banning players from joining other teams during the season. It's not really a conversation but if you take all the players and play other teams the deck is not evenly stacked is it? If Express, 91 and whatever other teams forbid players to go to the Dukes they would cease to exist!!
