I've been with Express for years, just calling it how it is... both teams are B and don't be surprised when more kids are added to the roster that aren't considered A or B.

There is a definite pecking order as this is not PAL.

You are correct, you can't say what a new team, whom has not played together is going to turnout to be. Look what happened over at 9D1 with the Superteam, not so super.

You are further correct, its August! Rosters will change and change again in the spring. This is not just Express, happens in all clubs.

If you want to access potential of the teams:

2022 Channy - Unchanged AA
2022 Chucks - B+ to A potential
2022 Schwalje- B to A potential
2022 O'Reilly - doubt it will form due to lack of players. Can Express capture 100 players at 2022? If so, - C to B potential

Channy 1st team
Schwalji 2nd team
Chucks is the 3rd team

This must be one of the O'Reilly pets or wait, one of the non Hybrid parents. Channy giving out all kinds of stories lately. Let's see how things pan out.

My advice, save yourself the stress and accept the invites. All the teams will be good. Don't complain that my son should be here or there or tryouts were not fair. Or try to make calls and placed on a better team. If you are on Schwalji and your kid performs like he should be on AA, he will get a the look. Trust me that goes for Chuck as well. These kids have an VERY experienced varsity staff overseeing their development. It's a great pipeline to be in and all these kids will start maturing over the next few years and things will change. Take it to heart or with a grain of salt, but that's my view.

OK Express employee. Yeah right, I will jump on the invite not knowing who is really coaching the Chucks. Channy has his name all over the Chucks invite. He owns it. If he does not coach that team and dumps it on his son, well that's fraud to a tune $60,000.00. Doubt he would attempt that.
