People anywhere you go on long Island there are daddy coaches get over it

Dad's coaching as an assistant is fine. And very needed. So your tally data is skewed, The issue is sometimes when the Head Coach is the daddy coach. Then that could be a potential red flag. Obviously, there are cases like the Bandits and Badgers where you gladly accept those dads. But this is club lax, where we are all spending a ton of money and time. Every team should have a Head Coach that has no ties to the team. However, sometimes those coaches do just the minimum. Whereas a daddy Head Coach will invest the time to practice, so this whole thing is maddening and every team and club is different. So practice and commitment is key, along with keeping an eye that dad doesn't favor his son.

Head Coach (and most are club directors)
Express A and B - nope (director for A)
Igloo A and B - nope (director for A)
9! A and B - nope (director for A)
Outlaws A (director)
Legeeacy A and B - nope (director for A)

Not a bad coaching line up
