Legacy is clear # 3. fl$ is in the mix for 4 along with Express 2, Igloo, Vipers, and True Blue. Empire does not belong in top 10 at the moment. As a new team, they move improve dramatically in their second year together but for right now, they would be under all of these teams and grouped with teams like Outlaws Black, All Greys, Legacy Taz.
