This is why this team will not be dominant in a few years. Some kids will leave, some will plateau, etc.
This team will be dominant for as long as they want to be dominant. The starters are all excellent players and they coach/play to win every game. My understanding is that all the kids on this team work extremely hard, and my guess is that the kids that don't play much would be starters/big contributors on all the other LI travel teams.
