The bracket states that the North 1st place plays the North 2nd place and the South 1st place plays the South 2nd place.
You are absolutely right. It is a moronic way of doing things by the organizers and I did not read it close enough. Really is incredibly stupid to have 2 teams that already played face off again in the semifinals instead of crossing the brackets. If any of the organizers of the tournament are reading this, I'd love to know why you do it this way. Thanks.
