Expreess 2020 had a reality check at Forsberg this weekend .. Played well but were beaten by 2019 teams . Hard to play up and compete
I wouldn't call it a reality check. Playing up is tough, and a bit scary given how mature 8th graders are compared to 7th graders - bigger, stronger, faster, overall better lacrosse players. I give them credit for playing 3 close games and they're a smallish team for their age anyway. No shame in losing to older teams.
Agreed, great to challenge the team playing up, just don't act like a baby when you lose! At least the teams at Foresberg knew what they were getting.
