There will be multiple MD teams this year, yes, we know about the birth certificates. We also know that Express will search all of Long Island and beyond for additional players for the WSYL team. The tough task will be getting a roster with no more than 23.

Getting a roster of 23 is easy...getting the other parents of the other 17 kids to keep paying while their son isn't even invited is the challenge.

You must not know the parents of the bottom half of that team, they will glad pay to say their boy is on the team and will even order some WSYL gear online while little Johnny sits at home instead of playing due to roster limit.

Did Express pluck top talent from 91 and other LI teams for their WSYL team?

They did not. No one f rom the top 91 team tried out for LI Express. These are generally the same boys that have been together for a few years. There were definitely additions but not from other top programs. They have 3 teams for this age group. The top team has 28 boys. Certainly gonna be some pissed off parents when they cut the roster for the WSYL.

Is there often movement between the two teams? Not from NY, not ever sure how close the two areas are
