My son also plays on Express. I echo the above post. Usually, during practices, it gives me time sitting in my car planning out my week, catching up on emails, phone calls, etc. Most importantly, the planning is centered around how my business will be more successful. My son does enjoy playing but has many other interests occupying his free time, which I'm in favor of. For sure, ratings, team classification is geared to attract, along with pacifying parents' ego. Ask me why I have my kid with Express; well, I have three boys, two in college, and both played with Express. So I'm familiar and comfortable with the organization. Other than that, youth lax isn't an asset; it's an expense. That's how I look at it. Happy New Year!
