Players should not have to stay on a team with kids that can’t catch or throw and don’t play with intensity. Face it,some kids are just going through the motions because the parents drag them to practice. Please don’t say a player should stay with a team to improve it when it’s up to players to put in time to improve themselves and team. Someone who puts in time and effort doesn’t have to wait around for little Johnny to improve. Same goes for school teams. Play who puts in the effort and plays well. Sorry for the rant. But the partipation trophies are in little league.
