Younger girls/recruits get to face the very best in practice and earn a spot. If they can’t beat out a transfer, that’s on them. Work hard, gain experience from another year, be ready when the opportunity arises. Stop raising snowflakes
And if they don’t play in games, they can redshirt and ironically do the same to someone else that was done to them. The vicious cycle continues!
