She is from Florida, so maybe wanted to be closer to home? Interesting how she's going from one inaugural season (Clemson) to another (USF).

She was originally committed to Oregon, decommitted to go to Clemson, then moves to SF. I'm hopeful she finds what she's looking for at SF!
