2023 ILWomen/IWLCA Division I Poll – April 10

The top 12 teams stayed put from last week’s rankings, as Syracuse earned the No. 1 ranking with all 21 first-place votes. Northwestern, Denver, James Madison and North Carolina follow to round out the Top 5.

Syracuse’s top-ranking marks its fourth-straight as they head into one of their toughest tests yet, slated to face UNC on Saturday.

There were, however, significant shifts between the No. 13 and No. 25 rankings over the past week, most notably, No. 17 Penn jumping five spots after beating Yale 16-6 last Saturday.

The ILWomen/IWLCA Poll will be unveiled Mondays throughout the season. It is voted on jointly by coaches throughout the country and members of the media.
