Last I checked the kids and the parents don't choose what tournaments they are entered in. Unfortunately it's the organization that does. The kids play 100% regardless of their competition. They lost to the Outlaws 4-3 in the championship this year and lost to the Warriors last year by a goal and let's face it the Warriors aren't the team they used to be. Say what you want, that empire team can be just as competitive on any given day.
Outlaws are second tier in 2023. Warriors are much better than last year, but not a top 4 team yet. They just stepped up to play with the big boys this year. At least I can respect a team for that. Empire did the opposite. They got worse and played teams that no one has ever heard of. Are they playing Lax Clash to end the season or are they hiding that weekend too?
