Either way, Express is cheating and Legacy seems to be fine with it. Since you can't have kids on the roster of multiple teams, and they definitely don't have that many teams, they are trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Legacy is letting them do it too which is just as bad. That program is really falling hard. First tourney of the year and this is how both clubs want to start? Disgraceful by both of them.
