Co Head coach. Used to be the assistant when he ncaa assistant coach of the year he got promoted. And yes he is not a d1 coach but I think the guys point is that he is not a parent coach like a lot of programs have. He played D1 but so did a lot of these other coaches but they haven't established themselves as coaches yet.
