I wouldn't put much faith in that USCL ranking list, especially when it is based in part on fall ball.

I've watched the Brotherly Love 2023s play this fall and they are very good even with a few key players missing. They have some new guys who moved from Mesa who are going to make a huge impact. I expect that they will be pretty dominant come summer.
