There are way too many local teams, you can't pitch playing AA events if you don't have the horses. Freedom is a great example they have always had very solid AA teams and now they are forced to bring in kids from all over the East Coast. When only two, maybe three teams can truly field AA teams at 2023 and 2024 with local kids it shows how diluted the talent pool is. It won't change though as long as parents keep spending $2000-3000 to have there son play.
