If you are on Taz or Wolpack and not first line in a few years from now you will be surpassed by all the boys who are on the teams 3-10 you mention. Or your son just may lose interest because they don't see the field. What is the point of putting your son on that team if they don't make it into he games? Just so you can say your son is on that team? You are doing your kid a disservice. Yes they practice with great talent but a 10 or 11 year old wants to play and they will grow to resent the sport. Think about that daddy.
