So in a nutshell, what the parents want out of their PAL tuition is:
Run by certified trainers Paid coaches Broken down into an A & B team 3 practices a week Districts merged and the best of the best put on A, second tier is B and third team is developmental. Head Coaches of the school districts to run the program.
All for the bargain basement price of about $200!
Does this look logical, reasonable or even sane to anyone?
All coaches should be certified Do not need paid coaches. A & B would be good 2 a week Districts make sense HS coaches involved in offseason training would be good. Double the price
