Run by certified trainers
Paid coaches
Broken down into an A & B team
3 practices a week
Districts merged and the best of the best put on A, second tier is B and third team is developmental.
Head Coaches of the school districts to run the program.

All for the bargain basement price of about $200!

Do not need paid coaches.

HS coaches involved in offseason training would be good.
