they are 3-10 because they don't have coaches/clubs who put in the work off season. skill work is players job. team concepts are the coaches job. if you're coming into the spring without a basic offense, slide package, man up, clear, ride, you're behind. Look at your calendar. Before the june tourney season kickoff you have 8 weeks. Best case 12-14 practices with holidays and weather. btw, not everyone will show up.
