so a big program has 200-400 kids try out for a program...do the math....20k or more in just tryout fees...so, college players cant be paid so they dont (are not supposed to) get any $$...those keepsake tryout shirts are nada cost..that leaves a ton of dough for the Directors...not bad gig for standing around on a field for a weekend with clip board....
