Nope, don't what's going on electronically but they are already setting up training schedules to get the girls laxed up. Not sure if the 2020 team attracted enough talent to be considered elite but watch what happens as they will take off skillwise in next couple years.
They will not be considered an elite team. They did not attract anywhere near enough top talent. If anyone thought anything different, they were being very naive. They will be lucky to compete with YJ Chris. This team/organization will be a work in progress. If they have a decent showing this year, more will come.
As for the players' skills...if their skills improve, it will not be all because of the coach. He will definitely improve their lax IQ. But it takes more than a good coach to improve one's skill.
