Shannon coaching 2020 would be a negative to me , she has way too much on her plate, the pecking order, Div 1 program, Recruiting for a D1 program, running TG, recruiting for her 2018 teams, recruiting for her 2017 teams, recruiting for 2016 teams, keeping her brother awake during games, working with 2020.
