True Blue & Gladiators lost in finals or quarters? 91 won the Philly tournament & Terps Black didn't play because they all played for some other Terp team (& lost again) yet, Terps Black is still #2!! It is hilarious that this Terp Dad keeps posting these rankings like it actually is the truth!
