I believe that it is a TREMENDOUS advantage to have a yellow jackets director coaching a high school team. Most of the best teams have players that have been club trained before ever stepping on a high school field.
Not when the YJ Director tells girls that if they really want to have a shot at varsity, they should come play for the YJ's. Total conflict of interest and it is happening.
If a teacher told a student, "if you really want to get a good grade in my class you need to sign me up as a tutor", they would be fired.
