Class A (22 Teams) : Bay Shore, Brentwood, Commack, Connetquot, East Islip, HHHills, Lindenhurst, Longwood, Middle Country, North Babylon, Northport, Patchogue-Medford, Riverhead, Sachem East, Sachem North, Smithtown East, Smithtwon West, Walt Whitman Ward Melville, West Babylon, West Islip, William Floyd Are you sure Shoreham is in the B? They were suppose to drop back down to C. Class B (16 Teams) : Bellport, Comsewogue, Copiague, Deer Park, East Hampton, Eastport-South Manor, Harborfields, Hauppauge, Huntington, Islip, Kings Park, Mattituck/Greenport, Miller Place, Rocky Point, Sayville, Shoreham-Wading River
Class C (6 Teams) : Babylon, Bayport-Blue Point, Center Moriches, Elwood-John Glenn, Mount Sinai, Westhampton Beach
