What should section 11 do when player stats are consistently called in incorrectly by certain school representatives?
That happens all the time, across all sports. I have seen players that graduated given stats because the rosters have not been updated! There was a huge discussion about this on another sport's forum and the consensus was that not much is going to change. If your coach isn't interested in keeping accurate stats (or correcting the inaccuracies) then that's the end of that. It does make a lot of people crazy though, and it annoys all of us that want to see who is doing what.
