Yes they offer academic financial assistance which just happens to go to some of the more athletically gifted applicants.
How would they know if the student is athletically gifted?
Not that hard to find out ,take lax for example ,the coach goes to a travel lax tournament see's a very talented 7-8 grade player from some team and speaks to the parents about the virtues of St. Anthony education, Happens all the time.
