Not sure if i agree to let it go - this thread is to expose these things. As for saying they are doing better than expected... So. If I am reading this right the parent thinks they would be doing even better with another player.
Are you once again teaching your daughter to be complacent, be satisfied, so what, your not playing your best your still winning??? Not a good lesson, because next is why try, followed by my best isnt good enough.
Never be satisfied until you have done all you can.
