first ask the question, how many did not attend private/catholic grade school? before you go on your witch hunt!
In many cases throughout the state they have a better education not better sports. They have a better chance of playing see the field by going to the privates/ (mainly catholic).
As much of the admins running these schools are clergy just ask in a public forum - do they recruit or "sponosr" the players tuition.

Not a witch hunt so relax. Are private schools restricted by geographic boundaries? If the answer is no then there is an advantage. Do private schools offer scholarships? If the answer is yes there is an advantage. Not much else to say.
