Suffolk League I
The first surprise so far has to be Bay Shore. Not so much for their wins, but because both of their first two games were over at halftime (12-4, 9-3). Seems that the tank has much more to give and the goals are coming from all over the field. Also in Suffolk, Sachem North, Sachem East, Ward Melville, and Northport are all off to expected starts. West Islip at 1-2 is off slowly, but their win was against Massapequa who many were saying looked great in their 13-12 OT comeback yesterday.

Suffolk League II
Still like Hauppauge from last season along with Sayville and Rocky Point. Remain fearful of Mount Sinai - this was the very young varsity team from last year and returning most of the squad. With only one match against Westhampton done, hard to know where they really stand, but these figure to be the top four across the board.
