High School lacrosse is gone no top college coach is contacting your HS coach they are going all to travel coach that is just the way it is and that is not going to change
You could not be more incorrect. My older son is a junior and was recruited by many D1 schools. Almost every one of those schools had coaches contact his HS coach. No one can tell them more about his ceiling, attitude, leadership and academics than his varsity coach. And he does not attend a high level HS. Right now the focus should be HS. Club ball is primarily summer and playing in the best possible tourneys. Very few coaches are looking at these boys yet, with the exception of the top 5-6 players, and that’s just to see if they are all people are saying.
