Turtles? Who makes these rankings? Exp is easily the best of this bunch. East Coast is good too. Rebels improving but a few players away.

Express and ECE are far away the best 2nd level teams on Long Island. They certain all stepped while FLG, 91, S2S, True Blue and Turtles all seemingly took a step back in my opinion.
