Total crock. I can personally attest that this is not true. Rebels may have the most active propaganda department in the industry but the fact remains, Rebels A is not a real Long Island competitive A (Express, 91) team and their B team is just another money grab.
I think it’s hilarious that people are still putting Express at the same level as 91. Not even close, express in this grade is not even in the top 3 on LI.
