Tryouts are here already in 10 days! Club choice is everything now. If your son wants to play on the next level there is a spot for everyone. However, use this summer to decide what is the best situation. Not advocating for one club over another. But do your research and ask questions about events, roster size, film, etc.
Great, can't wait. Paying $100 for the privilege of trying out for a team that carries 30 players and we've been there 4 years. We're in HS, how many new spots can possibly be open for kids to tryout? Disgustingly they don't even put the tryout fee towards the yearly bill. Maybe they'll create a B team that can barely throw or catch, great idea. These clubs are all the same.

My point…kinda…there are good situations out there. Also, the 30 man rosters is on the parents. Why would you pay for it? How about having the director guarantee that the roster won’t exceed 25. And if it does have them refund your money. What’s the worst they say? No…okay, next. YOU are the customer, don’t let your son become just another entry on a balance sheet. Respectfully make demands as you would with anybody you are a paying a service for.
